The technician arrived for my lockout in an absolute rush, propped open the door, reached in and unlocked it, pulled the outside handle so hard that he broke it!!!! Left in a rush with no words. Picked up the pieces, took pictures, called AAA to report. Supervisor from Pete’s came to look. Was annoyed that I called AAA, said it wasn’t their fault. There was previously NO issue with the handle. AAA asked for my side, evidence in pictures and 2 estimates in writing, which I emailed to them within 4 days (and cost me $90 for a diagnostic). The case went to AAA for a decision by Tiffany from the descalation department. AAA found Pete’s technician not at fault.

ITS NOT THE cost of the repair, ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF LYING AND NOT BEING FORTHCOMING IN RESPONSIBILITY FOR BREAKING MY DOOR HANDLE!!!!!

I HATE LIARS, BULLIES, CHEATERS AND THIEVES.

WOW! I have never had service like this in the situation I was in tonight. Dillon was our technician. From being prepared, having all the tools needed & ready to do the job quick to being knowledgeable, know how to use the key in the key fob to get the spare down & how to properly set the parking brake in a newer vehicle, he had already won my 5 star review. However, his excellent service didn’t stop there. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and concern for my safety & my truck’s safety continued when he checked the spare tire’s condition & pressure before he put it on the truck, quickly found the cause of my flat tire, double checked the tightness of the nuts on my tire, and finally went over the limitations of the spare & reminded me that the parking brake was still on. This business is very fortunate to have him representing them. Guys like Dillon are very hard to find. He even impressed my husband & that takes a lot.

Pete came pretty quickly to unlock our vehicle for us. We have AAA roadside and let them know we did not feel safe so he did an excellent job.

If I could rate this service as zero stars I would!!! Do not have AAA to send this company to help with changing tire!!! Last night I had a flat tire and David with Pete’s Mobile Road side service was dispatched from AAA. He told me and my husband that he is not able to change the tire because it is a custom rim and it’s Pete’s policy! My husband asked to use his jack and he will change it and David stated that he could not do that or allow us to use his jack. There was another person that was parked next to us that had a flat as well, he wasn’t a AAA member and he allowed him to use his jack. It was obvious that since the other person was white and we were of color is why he allowed him to use his jack, We are paying customers of AAA and we were racially profiled by David due to actions of assisting the other person with his jack. We had a tow truck driver come out and he took care of us by changing the tire! I would never recommend Pete’s mobile service. I’m sending this notice to all AAA members out there with custom wheels do not have AAA send this company to assist you!!! I’ve also filed a complaint with AAA to dissolve contract with this company due to lack of service and will immediately force you to call tow service. Beware of this!!!

This company was dispatched on behalf of Nissan Roadside Assistance when I had a flat last night. Estimated wait time was 90 minutes. Robert R called within 5 minutes and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Real nice guy who showed much respect for my car!

Well, I was pulling out of my driveway to pick up 3 friends and go to lunch. But my front tire was pancake flat. So I pulled back in. I called AAA. They sent Pete's Battery Service Rep Michael Rivera. It took him 10 minutes or less to reach my home. He was quick, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend Pete's (and AAA, of course!!!)

I contacted AAA about a dead battery. They sent out a technician from Pete’s Mobil Service. The technician contacted me, identified himself as Marcos and told me he would be the person coming to test my battery. He also contacted me a couple more times as he was approaching to let me know what time he would be there, and he arrived on time. I was expecting him to charge my battery so I could drive my it to a mechanic to have a new battery installed. When he looked at my battery, he saw a AAA Sticker on it, told me that battery was still under warranty. He had a new battery in stock on his vehicle. He removed the old battery from my car and replaced it with the new one from his truck at a cost of $10.70. I couldn’t believe it. Marcos was nice, professional, helpful and saved me from the expense and inconvenience If I had to take my car to a mechanic. The weather was hot and Marcos was most appreciative of the cold bottle of water I gave him to drink.

We were told by Advance Auto Parts that our battery was bad. Called AAA, Pete's mobile service to change the battery. They checked the battery at the battery terminal and determined the battery was at 75% and didn't need to be changed yet. I am glad that Pete's was so honest. We will call them back when the battery really needs to be changed!
