My ipad quit taking a charge. The A-1 folks looked at it quickly and figured out the charging port was going bad. They were able to get my ipad fully charged and back to me while i was waiting for the replacement parts to arrive. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again

I’ve been here once prior to my most recent visit to fix my fiancée phone last year and the service seem off a little (I think only 1 person was working that day) but on my latest visit was quickly done, cordial and not cray expensive . It’s only been a day so far but everything seems to be working fine. However I only needed a screen replacement which doesn’t usually take long.

This place is not the place to go. I went and got my baby girl phone unlocked. On top of that they kept the phone overnight. And then when I got the phone it was unlocked. Never did she set another password on her phone. So on yesterday the phone locked backed up again. So I call them and told them about it. They told me that I had to repay the price again. Instead of them guaranteed the work they didn't.

Called about broken Android phone screen. Took it in but my phone is newer and the screen wasn't in stock. Told it was a 3 day order which turned out to be accurate. Wasn't too expensive and once they had the part only took an hour to fix. Overall happy with the service and price. I would use them again in the future if I needed any phone repairs.
