I had an amazing experience today with Diana at Ulta salon. She did a wonderful job with my haircut, it turned out even better than I imagined! She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Her attention to detail and friendly personality made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and kind stylist. I’ll definitely be back!

Very bad customer service and I bought my products and more because it said that if you bought more they would give you a free gift and the manager said that there are no more gifts in a not very pleasant way. I think that if the customer spends more and there is a sign that says that(it promises a gift)if you spend a certain amount on a product you should get something. If there are no more gifts, the store should offer another form of gift, it is better to remove the sign so as not to have a bad time.

I had a bad experience today, and after going to that store in particular for many years, I don’t think I’m going back. None of the workers acknowledged my presence, and the only one who did, was to grab a product that was on my way without saying “excuse me.” Maybe it was because I walked in wearing sweatpants and wearing no makeup. However, there were other customers who looked like they had just rolled out of bed with drool all dried up on their faces, and they were being helped enthusiastically. I understand these places focus on looks, but employees should still have some sort of decorum and professionalism.

I was here today and i am in shock! I walked in and i was enjoying my day viewing the products that i so much love to purchase and a worker came up to me and ask me if i needed any help. I kindly said no i’m just viewing around with a smile. She stared at me for a good while and wouldn’t stop staring nor looking at me through out the entire store experience! I felt judged by the way i dressed! I’ve always remembered the quote “Never judge anybody by the cover.” And i am hurt deeply knowing i was judged and followed the entire the store to see what i was doing at all times. Do NOT recommend.

Rude employees accusing one of stealing. This woman was next to me and one employee came up to her asking where a palette was at that she grabbed. She notified the employee that she had placed it back and why they were even asking. Employee flat out told her that they saw her stealing and to open her bag or take her to where she put the palette at. She opened her bag because I can see by her expression that she was scared, she didn’t have anything. Then the employee told her to take her to the palette and she said no because they gave her an option. Another employee came and said the same thing to her. I just told the customer to take them to it so they can stop accusing every girl with no makeup like her of stealing. They told me to mind my own business. I told them that I was once in her shoes accused of three younger girls like themselves of stealing because I had no makeup and was just dressed in a sweater and leggings. One was looking and me rude and told the other employee “ignore her and maybe she’ll shut up.” This is so horrible and profiling one just because they go comfortable/bare face to shop. Please have employees leave the stealing to loss prevention and take classes on how to be nice to their customers. They should be helping customers(which they rarely do) rather than accusing one of stealing.

I went to Ulta with a downloaded list of makeup steps and products I needed. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Erica had come to the rescue and took so much time helping me find every item on my list and explain ho to use each of them. I went from looking like a character from 'Death Becomes Her' to feeling 100 % confident and I really want to shout out Erica's name for making that happen!!! I learned more in a half an hour than I did my two years of Cosmetology school!!!! Thank you again!!!

Employees chew gum and scroll their phones while talking to you… how rude.

Additionally, they “stop taking online orders at 5:00”. Despite having been charged for my order, and being able to see the product I ordered directly in front of me, I’m absent-minded told to come back tomorrow. Meanwhile, four employees stand behind the checkout counter doing nothing.

I went to this location on Christmas Eve one specific employee was terribly rude to my friend and I noticed she was looking at me while I was in the pat m makeup. I know she was looking at me in a judgmental ugly way like if I was stealing.I don’t know the rude employees name but she was a pregnant lady with red lipstick. I’m never rude to people so that was just unnecessary over all 0/10. I should have left but I still purchased.
