This was my first time virtual Gaming. This was an amazing experience. Vortex the staff and owner was so nice and helpful. Eric was really patient because I knew I had no idea what I was doing lol. But overall I'll say vortex is a must do IF your in ALASKA!

I'm incredibly happy that I found this place. An amazing environment, very clean, and uniquely entertaining! Perfect for any age, although Grandma might actually TKO you on accident if you're playing boxing. It'd build character though. They have a huge library of games and plenty of adult genres to keep you engaged. We spent most of the time in Arizona Sunshine, a zombie shooter. I will definitely be playing again soon! If you haven't been here, you should go...today!

We had my son's 11th birthday party here. All of the kids loved it! They had a great time. The staff was super helpful and attentive. They had a large party room so no one felt over crowded. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Went out to try something new on Friday evening and was very happily surprised how easy and fun it was! The building inside is clean and comfy, and the restrooms were good. The staff were very friendly, Krystal was super nice and patient with us when adjusting the head gear. Each VR "station" is spaced in a 10x10 area and they sanitize the equipment between uses. We tried a variety of games, Super Hot was my favorite by a lot. I highly recommend VortexVR, although weekends are a bit busy so try a weeknight if possible.

This was my second time going to Vortex VR and they exceeded my expectations for my birthday. Omg what an amazing place to have a any kind of celebration, everyone had a great time and the staff provided a comfortable environment for us. The ladies who own this place were super friendly, helpful and very patient with us when we didn’t know what to do in the games we wanted to play. 10 out of 10 recommend we will definitely be going back.

Very nice setup. Over a dozen VR headsets. 4 VR racing devices. The facility is very clean. The equipment is well maintained and easy to use. They have TONS of games to choose from. From all different genres. We reserved 2 hours each for both my boys. The attendants were very helpful. They fully explained how to use the equipment. We are definitely coming back. This place is great!

Awesome place! Came here for a bachelor party and we had a great time. The employees were awesome and super helpful and they had a HUGE selection of games. There’s something for everybody here! Birthday party’s? Dates? Fun times? This is the place for all of that and more.
