Went to another Nutrishop (had a bad experience) so I drove to this location to hopefully get the items I needed as well as a better overall experience. It was worse that the previous location, (other location was aggressive salesman vibes) this one I was by myself for the entire time in the store. No one was available to assist me, and once they were available, it felt like I was a bother/inconvenience to them. Now the owner is calling me “fake” and wanting proof that I was even at this location. So here is my ApplePay transaction.

Absolutely do not give these thieves your money. I asked about the return policy if I can get my money back if I didn’t want to keep the item before making the purchase. I came to complete a refund within 7 days with receipt at the same location per store associate direction.

A gentleman was helping me and did his best and asked the manager/owner for assistance once she walked in. The owner told me I can only get store credit. I explained what the associate had said when I was there before and the owner said she was sorry but she was mistaken. The owner said also due to their new system she couldn’t process a refund.

There’s always a way to help your customers. Respecting her associate made a mistake and completing my return would have had me doing business here for years. However, not taking ownership as a business is not fair to the consumer.

Even if they say they will honor something make sure you get it in writing. Take your business elsewhere.

Don't waste your time here. I tried returning some Isopure bottle drinks and they turned me away, and said they can't return them. There is no certain things they can or can't return policy on the receipt. It's very odd they don't offer a money back refund either. They are greedy and want to keep your money. I will never shop here ever again

I’ve been coming to this Nutrishop since I moved here in 2020. Everyone has always been very helpful and nice. I always purchase the buy 3 get 1 free deal. Today my husband and I asked for a shirt for each of us, which they normally are happy to do or a shirt and a shaker— this cashier said she could not cause we didn’t spend enough money. We spent nearly $200 and we typically spend nearly $200 every time. I guess we will be going back to Nutrishop in Chino Hills or Wholesale Nutrition Center. Not very happy with their customer service today.
