Flying at iFLY Ontario was so much fun! Aside from being a little pricey, the experience was well worth it. I am terrified of heights and the feeling of falling, but you don't feel like that AT ALL! Flying inside a safe and controlled environment with an experienced instructor allayed all of my fears. Our instructor was Miles and he is an expert. Definitely recommend for a date night, family fun time or even birthday parties. We will definitely be going again.

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at iFly Ontario with a large group, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made everyone feel welcome and excited. While there was some initial confusion about the number of flyers and time in the wind tunnel, Jake stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved seamlessly. His exceptional customer service truly elevated the experience. This is an amazing activity for all ages, combining fun, excitement, and a unique adventure you won’t forget. I highly recommend iFly Ontario for any special occasion or just a memorable day out. Thank you for making my son’s birthday so special!

We brought our two sons, aged 5 and 6, and Zahra took care of us. From the moment we said hello, she showed us that she is an instructor with amazing communication skills. Her communication with the children was fantastic, and she made us feel very secure. She did a high fly with both of our sons, and we felt completely safe while watching her work with the children. Both the kids were very happy, and we were extremely satisfied with the service. Thank you, Zahra, it was a great chance for our family to meet you.

I just wanted to specifically thank Ryan and zahraa for making this experience extra special for my son. He loved flying and I think he loves you guys even more lol. He doesn’t want to leave and says he’s going to miss you guys so much! You guys are awesome coaches, so patient, so energetic/happy, and we will never forget yall!

Buyer beware! They sell to a ton of schools which is fine but then again when you make your appointment, show up for your time slot, can’t even find a place to stand because it’s literally wall to wall 8-13 year olds jammed in like sardines and you don’t fly at your scheduled reserved time but have to wait an extra 45 min (when we had other plans for the day) - it just ruins the whole vibe. By the time we flew we were over it. The flights were super short and there was absolutely zero difference between the two flights (supposed to be some sort of “high fly” - joke - as there’s no difference. Lastly, after finally all the kids left and we were allowed to fly the place is a mess so here comes a guy with a vacuum cleaner and when we could finally talk to one another and enjoy the view of flights - we couldn’t because he asked us to move so he could vacuum and literally vacuumed right in our view so we couldn’t see and thought nothing of it. We won’t be buying again. We have 8 grandchildren and I bought for my sister and her husband Christmas gifts my husband and me. Never again. Two stars because they “could” fix this - all of this - and the staff were very nice and patient but didn’t seem to have any idea of how to create the experience.

My daughter came for a school field trip and had a BLAST! Every one of the staff was amazing, but we are especially grateful for Terrell! He made the experience SO FUN for the kids. So patient, funny, kind and helpful! We will absolutely be back with the family!
