I would come back here again! Me and my family came all the way from Rialto and it was way better then going to Knott's I don’t care if you agree or not this place was soo fun and I didn’t have to wait 3 hours to get on the ride. The people there were so nice and took videos for us when my mom was busy on the couch lol! I will be coming back. Seriously it’s fun to come to bring your family or friends! The people that ran the place sweetest people,they’ll take care of you with variety of games and have good snacks. Would be coming again someday💙😼💯👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If I could would rate super 10/5 stars 10 rated place!

It was our first time here after having lunch at the source, the games were very very expensive! I wanted my family to try it once and so I didn't mind spending $15 per head this time around... Our lunch literally was $70 at the blossom oriental restaurant for a seafood broil... It was family bonding day so I really didn't mind. If It's your first time. Go on Yelp, they have a first time check in discount which I used. I believe it's 10% off for something. Don't get me wrong. The people and owner was there and they gave us great service! They even took pictures and showed us around... It's just very pricey! If I did not have that Yelp discount code, I would have spent $47 or something like that including tax. Tax. I ended up spending $38 for 3 people... Which is a better price that I'm looking for compared to 47... I'd rather go to round one at the Lakewood Mall where it's an arcade, they have DDR Max, bowling, and even karaoke ! And for $47, I could literally be there for half a day with my kids and play all the games. To top it off and end this review, it was great for a one-time experience and the people were great too.

We had a blast for my son's 12th birthday. All of the staff and the owner were awesome and the games were so much fun. They did a great job explaining how to play, setting everything up and making sure we had a great time with no issues at all. All the games played flawlessly with no bugs or stoppage like other vr places. At the end they gave us a discount for my son's birthday and the owner gave my son and all his friends free ice cream. We will definitely be going back and thank you all for helping make my son's 12th birthday amazing. I saw other reviews saying it was expensive but I can argue that the experience was worth every penny and you have to understand these people have to make money to stay in business and pay their staff and all of the games and equipment are not cheap. I believe the prices are more than fair and I know once you go here you will definitely want to come back again & again.

I am from New York and my friends and I walked in here while walking around the mall. The price was good for how many VRs I tried ($40 for an hour) and the employees were very kind. They even took photos and videos for us and they were really funny to watch! The cage shooter game was fun and I actually broke a sweat playing the prison game it was pretty scary and fun lol. My friends and I had a lot of fun!! Definitely would come back if I lived here. Thank you for the amazing time!

Just had my son’s 10th birthday at VR Universe Buena Park. Let me tell you, best experience ever. My son and all his friends love it, the people, the two owners and the one manager that run it were great. They didn’t start my time until everyone was there which was awesome, they were very helpful and on top of things. Also, They let us bring in food which is a big plus bc you didn’t have to spend $30 for one topping pizza or $20 on some fries like some place do. 5 stars and recommend to all people looking for a fun VR place.

Super fun. Managed by an amazing couple. High quality VR and affordable. Good for a fun day out. I suggest trying the zombie game. Very clean and sanitary, and they got ice cream 🍨 .

Went here for my birthday. Wasn't sure what to expect because I've never been to a VR place but it's really cool. They have a decent variety of machines and games to choose from. It was pretty empty when we went but it was at 730pm. It's probably busier during the day. The staff were very nice. There was clearly a language barrier but despite that they tried their best to communicate and they were still welcoming and friendly.
