Great gaming store with very friendly and helpful staff. The new store (they moved to this location in January 2025) is almost double the size of the old store. They have breakout rooms now so you can have people playing different games in separate areas. Good amount of parking but you can only turn right out of the parking lot onto Miramar so makes it little harder to get back to the 15.

The new place has more space, and actually has breakout areas for interested parties. Glad to see the move that happened between December 2024-January 2025 went well, and I hope to continue watching the community here grow.

Called the place asking about SWU product. Told they had singles and booster packs. Did the drive and on arrival was told due to their restocking of Warhammer their counter is closed... so I couldn't buy anything. Very disappointed in lack of customer service when there was no one else in the store than just me.

Every single person Who works at Ease cares about their job and it makes all the difference. The staff are happy to help anyone learn a new hobby or expand on one they already have. Clean and well organized with tons of tables to play. Not to mention the community built around the store is a great way to meet people and hang out! One of the best gaming stores in the country!

I was told I would receive phone call when an item restocked. I waited the 2 weeks gave the store a call and I was told they just sold the last copy. Just disappointed and terrible customer service to lie to a customer.

I work for a public office so I’ll post anonymously as I usually don’t want to write complaints. But seeing this store pop up in maps brings back so many bad memories. First experience went in to shop and terrible customer service. Hopefully they have provided their staff with appropriate training or at least some online classes as this was a few months ago.

Next experience (big mistake) my D&D groups room that we use elsewhere was locked and we had no where to play. So we go to this store as it was 5 minutes down the road. Had to pay a fee even though practically no one was in the store and were told we were not allowed to sit at half the tables as they keep them reserved for other guest. Wow if I operated my restaurant this way we would be out of business. I know you get your friends to leave you a five star review, but why not just do a better job rather than having to ask people to leave you reviews to balance out the negative. Here you go. Takes 6 5-star reviews to balance out a negative. Take an entrepreneur class for Christ sake

I have been into many game stores across the country but At Ease Game Store is the most impressive, clean, organized, and well-stocked store I have ever been in. My interest is in RPG and D&D so I will speak mostly from that perspective, but the store also has a lot of Warhammer figures, paints, books, and a huge playing space in the back in addition to a diverse boardgame selection. The boardgame collection easily exceeds what one would find in a Target store, and At Ease stocks a lot of independent and small publisher games in addition to the classic ones you would expect.

In terms of D&D figures, they have nearly everything Whizkids has ever produced, even those super large figures like Vecna, Eye & Hand of Vecna, and others, in addition to a wall full of figures. They also 3D print cool unique figures & structures that they sell at a reasonable price. I had the good fortune to speak with the owner, Ron, a super knowledgeable gamer who introduced me to a new RPG called Dragonbane. I purchased it and I look forward to running this system that is similar but different from 5E. That is why you go into independent businesses; the owners and employees know their stuff and can introduce you to new things you may not ever know existed. Highly recommend you visit the store.
