Called yesterday to hold 2 aether drift finish line bundles with the box topper because it was an wedding present and i was coming from out of town the guy said ok ill hold you 2 called there this morning and they sold my 2 bundles without holding them. Most unprofessional mtg card shop in fresno county hands down. The guy who answered the phone this morning had no clue what the finish line bundles were nor the box toppers you guys just lost a customer and ill be telling all my friends to stop going as well. The sets dropped this morning and i found out they were selling them before the set even released. Yall are getting reported to mtg for real tho

Hey y’all I just got into warhammer I have got to say that this is a great place to go to when starting, they have a lot of large boxes and everyone is really close and most people there are willing to give you great advice for not only starting an army but painting. The prices are pretty good for a store and they do have a discount section there if you are just starting to collect. I would recommend this location for anyone looking into miniuature collecting.

As a person slowly getting back into collecting Pokemon cards, I thought I’d check my local stores & see what they had to offer. The lack of customer service when I walked in was showing. The guy greeted me once & then once I asked for help, took a while to get off of the computer & essentially dragged his way to me.

The fact that the employees demeanor showed he didn’t want to be there, means he shouldn’t. I’d much rather go to American Card Shop next to Hammys Smash Burger.

By word of mouth from my brother we visited this place, as of this review date, it has just opened about a month ago, We were met with the respectful and friendly, knowledgable, Valentino and overall, the place is very chill, open, ready for you to get immersed!!! Collectibles, cards, minatures, models, the works are all here! Warhammer, WH40K, Pokemon, Yu-gi-oh! Magic the gathering! They're very knowledgable of what they sell so it is a plus for those who are trying to get into a hobby or for those who want to start collecting, and for who ask questions!!! Great place and location as it is in the mall next to the game stop! Will definately reccomend to all!!

Evolution is, without a doubt, my favorite shop in the Central Valley. I’ve bought single cards, boxes, etc. from here and have always received wonderful customer service. I’ve traded and sold cards to the shop and always received the best trade-in value in town. I can’t recommend this shop enough. The staff and owner always go out of their way to make sure you receive the best service without feeling like you are being “overly helped”. This is one of the only card/gaming shops I’ll shop at in town as I never feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.

Great place to pick up some TCG games and meet great people! I always shop here for my TCG supply needs and the staff are always helpful and friendly!

Placed an online order on a Weds, sent an email on Friday, called on Sunday, then was told they didn't have my item in stock,. I was refunded promptly. I'm very disappointed because I suspect they actually have the playmat, but since it's being sold elsewhere at a price that's at least 66% more, they're choosing to keep it for future profits (plus the item will be a rare collectible).

I can't comment on the physical store experience; I only stumbled across this store while searching for a specific playmat.

I don't recommend buying from them online because it seems they are too comfortable with canceling/refunding.

+1 star for the great selection of hard-to-find playmats and supplies but the staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are really helpful and sometimes you waste a trip because they don't know where cards are.
