I will not never going to back over there. The younger cashier told me was no any restrooms. I was doing shopping with my son and I needed to use the restroom but apparently customers are not allowed to use the restrooms. Please spend your money in another place. Very hazardous place for elderly people and pregnant women who will need to use the restroom. They can’t wait to drive to another place to find a restroom.

Unfortunately I can only say one good thing about the store and that's that I was greeted by the girl at the register when I walked in. I walked all through the store for nearly twenty minutes and no one ever asked if I needed assistance I did see some good prices on clearance items, bought a couple of things and left. The isles are packed you're brushing across items just trying to walk through the store. Nothing spectacular outstanding about the store that I can mention.

Staff couldn't be more uninterested in doing their job, Unless it involves punching holes through sales tags with "not their favorite hole puncher" while ignoring the customers in front of them that need assistance. But they do carry my jet boil fuel so I'll keep going back.

I live out of California now but came back to visit. I came here to buy a pair of shoes. Found a pair of NewBalance that I liked. The salesman was very knowledgeable of his stock and inventory. The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming as well! This is how business should be done. Well done Big 5!
