I highly recommend this business. I couldn't be happier with the service Lisa provided. Having to store your belongings is stressful enough. She made it a lot easier, turning a negative to a positive. I called a few places and I choose StorQuest because they exceeded my expectations.

We have used this storage facility since 2020 and have had issue after issue. The only reason we kept using this facility is because it had 24 hour access. However, we found a different facility that has good service and 24 hour access.
This facility had so many problems. Its almost impossible to get to during the busy part of the day because of the way they have set up the drive in entrance.
The gate was broken for probably close to a year. At one point there was no gate at all. So, people could freely get in and out of the property.
While the gate was having problems, my mother and I got locked in and the gate would NOT let us out. This situation happened in the heat of the summer and my car DOES NOT have AC in it. We were stuck in the sun in our car for over an hour trying to get this situation taken care of and getting free.
We called the emergency customer service line. The person we spoke to said there was nothing they could do about it. They told us we were locked in because this facility DOES NOT have 27 hour access. We are only supposed to be allowed in during business hours with the manager is on site, which he never is(I'll get back to that). In the end it took calling the police and fire department to convince the manager to come up from Copperopolis to let us out.
The unit price started at $114.00 for a 5x10. At this point, the have raised prices so much that we are paying $151.00 They never warn you or send you any sort of notice that the price is raising. You just got to pay and its jacked up $10 or $15.
We are convinced there was a man living in one of the units near ours. He was there every time we went. We could here a TV. He would come out and tell us that about bugs he found or that he heard things fall over in a unit near ours.
The manager is never at the facility. I don't understand why the place even has an office. No one is ever there. He is always at the other facility In Copperopolis. If you have an issue don't expect anyone in customer service or even the other near by facility to be able to help you. They have no connection whatsoever except the name of the company.
The buttons to get in the building are always sticky. I actually talked to the manager about that the last day I had items in my unit. He said he'd take care of it when he was at the facility that day. I went back to get my last load in the evening. The buttons were still sticky and sticking. It took 4 attempts to get inside because of the buttons sticking.
