My favorite VR place. I love supporting small business and this one is family owned and very fun for my kids. In the summer when it’s too hot to play outside it’s great, right now with the bad air quality due to the fire it’s giving us a fun reprieve. 10/10

Celebrated my twin boys' 12th bday party and rented out the entire venue. All the kids had a blast! Max and his staff went out of there way to help in every possible way. Great value for the money!!! Perfect place to hold a fun event for tweens, teens and adults!

My friends and I went here today because we wanted to play some beat saber and a revolver game. The person that got us set up, Jeff was very friendly, great service. The prices are also fair, only 35 dollars for an hour.

VR Place inside the SB Galleria Mall was so much fun!! Staff is amazing & they made sure we enjoyed ourselves. You can interact with multiple players which made the game 10 times more enjoyable. I can't wait to come back

First time and I will never go back. I called to see the age limit. No one answered so I went ahead and bought a ticket for my son who is 4. They call me back 40mins later and told me he was to young. I went online and tried to cancel. I called and spoke to a lady and let her know what happen And she said that I shouldn’t have a problem with going there and letting them know my issue and getting a refund. I made the appointment for 1230.We got there at 12 which we knew was too early but we still try to see if we were able to start since no one was in there. The guy said no you have to wait till 1230 . He also told me that he wouldn’t even be able to give me the refund I would have to go downstairs to speak to his manager . I told him you know what it’s OK I’ll just take the spot and my son can sit here and watch .He told me I had to come back at 12:30 so me and the children went and sat down and ate and came back at 1230.
When I came back at 12:30 I then was told that they thought I cancelled my reservation and they gave my spot away. We had to wait till 1250 to even start. I know that’s not long but when we came no one was there. We could have easily got started.I never even said that I cancelld my whole reservation I had to come back because he told me to come back at 12:30. Not only did they waste my time but he completely blew me off instead of letting my children play the game when we arrived since no one was there. I really felt some kind of way that they did that to me. I didn’t even end up playing. So we pretty much had 2 rides left. I don’t know know why they kept say 2 free rides. No I paid for these rides. I wasted $76 to be treated liked a dummy. My kids couldn’t believe that even happen.

My 5 year old just had his first VR gaming experience and Jeffrey couldn’t have been a better customer service person. He made my child comfortable and then played along with him and he had a great time. Thanks VR Place.
