10/10 recommend! It was our first VR experience and we love it. James was very knowledgeable about the games and gave a terrific tutorial for the equipment. He got us excited to try some other games for next time. And he was very encouraging letting us know how we did for our first time. My boyfriend and I had never tried VR before and found an AMAZING deal on Groupon so we gave it a shot. James was extremely helpful and accommodating while booking the appointment. He was thorough and helped us select a game based off what we were looking for. He helped us with the equipment and what to expect. We had a GREAT time and, although we picked a difficult game we’re able to make it 96% of the way through. It was a very immersive experience and we would definitely come back

My boyfriend and I discovered Virtual Playground on Groupon when we were looking for “Things to Do” in Pensacola to celebrate my 55th birthday. Neither of us had any previous VR experience so we were curious and very excited to try. James, the owner, made us feel right at home, explaining the options and making suggestions tailored to our interests and skill level. We chose a VR escape room where we were stranded on an island and had to work together to complete tasks leading to our rescue (escape). He walked us through everything and supported us throughout the experience. It was amazing!!! I would highly recommend it and definitely go back whenever we visit Pensacola!

Came in between soccer games, had a great time. The owner was very helpful and helped the boys playing some of the games they weren’t familiar with. We will definitely be back. Top notch VR.

We have tried to come to this establishment three times during business hours. Closed every single time with no sign on door or explanation. Why do you even have business hours? We live within walking distance and will not bother again to try and patronize your business with our family of five. Wasted our time and ruined our evening plans so many times now. Won't be surprised when they go out of business - very poor practice.
