Gone in recently many times around 6 or r 7 pm to pick up prescriptions and the lines are through the store because the pharmacy is understaffed and they've closed drive thru. This needs to be addressed immediately. Shouldn't have to wait 30 plus minutes to pick up my medicine

Pharmacy makes you leave a voicemail and then they don't bother calling back. Needed to know how a med should be taken that is a life saving med but ya sure don't return the call.

Store manager refused to help unlock a cabinet which resulted in associate having to leave register/door area. Someone immediately walked into the unsupervised front of store and ran out with items. The same manager refused to apply a 40% off coupon and issue $5 rewards bucks.

Today was my first time ever using this pharmacy and I can’t believe how rude the pharmacy staff are... they basically told me I was lying about my blood pressure medication being sent to them. I called my doctors and they confirmed they received the RX. I had my doctors office call them for me and the cvs pharmacy staff was even rude to them stating they are at fault for me not getting my MUCH NEEDED blood pressure meds. I will NEVER be going back to them... now I see why they have such a bad feedback score...

Jason is the best worker ever ! So embarrassing i didn't have enough money on my card for my babies medicine she's been throwing up all night and I thought I had enough money but I guess I didn't and he payed out of pocket for my princess medicine I started crying. That was the best experience I ever had in my life with a worker . It meant so much to me he cared enough to help out. It means so much thank u soo soo much Jason I remember him helping me find stuff before to but today was amazing thank u Jason you don't even know how much that meant to me.
