It's expensive but so is any cannabis dispensary in Porterville. The selection is decent and service pretty quick. Download the Haven app for helpful discounts and loyalty rewards. Be careful about blindly following the daily deals because you might do better budgeting based on your favorites instead of being talked into something. I went with the 20% off 1 oz "deal" on a Sunday and ended up spending over $300 unnecessarily. It's a fun place overall, the staff is nice and I appreciate the little extras they do to make it festive, like decorating for the holidays.

I went in this morning to try and use my 5$ off on an item that was 12.99 everytime i get to 5$ i use it on the same exact item for some reason the genral manager told me no because 10$ is not the subtotal i tryed to explain that they do it Everytime and it doesn’t say anywhere on app subtotal she seemed annoyed the general manager i was just trying to explain ill post the picture ill also post picture where i used the 5$ off this month as well if you can plse fix the issue on app to subtotal so its not false advertisement and if the area manager can call me that would be great.

It was my first time ever going to a dispo since I just turned 21. I called prior to going in to check if my temporary ID would be ok for them to use, and they were extremely helpful over the phone and told me it was fine. Then the woman at the front desk was really nice whenever I went in. The girl who helped me inside the store named Alexa, explained to me where everything was and also all of the deals that were going on. She was very thorough about all of the products and the prices. It was a great experience for my first time and I’ll definitely be going back!
