We have decided to purchase a home in the park and so far the experience has been terrific. Norma has been so hospitable and professional. The park is well maintained and it "sparkles" while driving through. The space rentals prices are higher than other local parks. It seems to be a quiet home site. Let's hope we don't get Mrs.Cratchet for a neighbor.

It's a beautiful place I found a house there that I really liked and wanted to cash out on it,, but after doing the paperwork and also looking over the rules and regulations unfortunately I have a $50,000 motorcycle that's a show bike and I can't ride it from my establishment (house ) to the outside the gate and vice versa they want me to push it I'm 70 years old and they want me to push 800 lb motorcycle from the house to the gate and from the gate to the house what a joke I think they need to go back and relook at the rules over and tweak them a little bit they want to change everybody's lifestyle to fit theirs. So we didn't finish The application very sad and disappointed.

really different.. older mobile home park.. But.. many have fenced back yards (pet friendly) & some even have actual garages, not just storage sheds.
