I ordered a pair of leather leggings online, & instead of shipping them I did store pick up. 2 1/2 Weeks went by before I was able to pick them up. I let the owner know I was there for a pick up order & gave her the info, she then came back out & INSISTED I had already picked them up, or sent someone to pick them up. After about 5 minutes she finds my order, & when I asked about her exchange or return policy she blankly states, “It’s too late you can’t do anything it’s 14 days.” I advised her policy is NOT listed on her website, the email confirmation I received, nor is it listed on their business IG page. & she just gave me the cold shoulder. I’ve supported this company since they started at the flea market, but that was the last order/purchase they’ll receive from me. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional. Will not be returning. Store hours specifically reflect they are open until 6:30 PM Monday- Friday and when I showed up the door was locked, but mind you I was there at 6:00 PM. I knocked a few times and waited at the door and no one went to open. The sales associate also saw me and heard me knock, but didn’t bother.

The many reason why I giving it a 3 star is because it’s never open when it says it opens at certain time. I do like shopping there but at least they should be open as scheduled or posted. time management is not their thing I guess.
