Couldn't ask for a better realtor. Was helpful and knowledgeable. Linda was recommended to us by a neighbor. She was just awesome, available almost 24/7. She was always looking out for our best interest and made sure that any buyer was giving us a fair deal along with them also getting that fair deal.
We lived in a 55+ community and at the beginning of the listing we had realtors bringing clients that did not fit the age criteria. Linda figured out how to put a stop to it, even though the listing specifically stated 55+. No more buyers wasting our time or theirs.
Linda has become more than a realtor to us, she became a friend. Wish I could take her with us on our out of state move and have her find our new place.

Exceptional Realtor. Linda was absolutely fantastic in every aspect of the sale of our home! From staging to marketing she was spot on! She made the process seamless and made herself available to us for any reason we had. What also makes her exceptional is that we were 2,000 miles away and she was able to find a buyer within 2 weeks!!! We even had a vandalism issue with our property which she was able to find a repair guy to fix promptly so we could close early! She made what could’ve easily been a stressful undertaking surprisingly easy and rewarding. She’s definitely a go to if you’re in the market for selling!!
