This place saved my vacation. We were in CA for the holidays to visit Disney and Universal. On Friday, my autistic son's Nintendo Switch stopped charging. A meltdown insured, especially at the thought of not being able to recover his saved game progress. I had originally made an appointment for Sunday morning to go to a ubreakifix location in Anaheim close to where we were staying however when I arrived they quoted me $150 for just a charge port fix but the soldering tech did not come in. They gave me phone numbers to other locations, but none of them could provide a same day fix, and we were set to fly back to TX on Monday. In a panic, I googled every combination of "video games repair" and "switch repair" i could think of and came across this store. When I called the gentleman who answered assured me he could get it fixed the same day but it might take some time, I didn't care how long it took as long as it was fixed that day so I sped off to see him. The price was great, much lower than the ubreakifix quote, and he even got the repair done in 2 hours, much shorter than the original timeframe he gave over the phone. We were even able to find some older games my husband has been looking for. We left with a fixed switch and 3 new games. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for game console repairs and even quality used and new games.

Got my ps5 controllers repaired here for a good price. They fixed the stick drift & batteries and gave a warranty. So much better than buying replacements.

Reshelled my Nintendo Switch Lite and it went well, but the screen started to flicker after 10 minutes. I was lucky enough to find this location after years of driving by, and the techs had it fixed! It took them a while to figure out what happened (about a week), but they fixed the problem and I’m back to playing on it! Thanks guys for helping out, much appreciated.
Little side note, they charge $80 to reshell a Nintendo Switch, so if your inexperienced like me, probably better to go straight to them— they’ll be able to get it done, and you won’t have to worry about breaking anything. 👾🎮🕹️

I pass by this place all the time after school because their selection is huge, tons of old games for reasonable prices, and I’ve already spent way too much money since I always leave with something lol

I went in to get my switch pro controller fixed. They never called me back for over 2 weeks. I had to call them and once I got the controller back in which case they did say they couldn’t fix it and offered me to buy another version of the controller sold in Japan I didn’t accept that. Why I am disappointed is that before my controller would still work, I would be able to move my left analog stick and I’ll still have good movement with a slight drift. When I try the controller now after they tried to fix it, it made it worse! Using the left analog barely lets me move at all! I don’t recommend this place.

Adolfo and Chris are really nice and knowledgeable. My Xbox one / blu ray player malfunctioned because of my young kid and they were able to diagnose and fix it and even gave me a discount because they didn't need extra parts. Good dudes.
