Naz was friendly, communicative, and straightforward. I really appreciated that he gives a free diagnostic test to examine the laptop issue. NAZ is the man. Went in there for my iMac air to replace the battery but told me first to see if he could calibrate it to save money. From there I knew I was in good hands. Was not trying to upsell or just take my money. He cared enough to ask questions before just naming a price. This type of service is what customers want so they can come back confidently. He also suggested other options to see what was comfortable with me before proceeding. He was thorough and to the point. Definitely would recommend.

MiraFixit was absolutely fabulous from the point of first contact. When I called to inquire about fixing my son’s Nintendo Switch, Naz was very helpful and provided me with great info on what routes I could take to fix the device. When I did bring the device in, the price I was quoted was fair and the work done stayed in that price range and I appreciated that. It was a quick turnaround and a pleasant experience. There was no image on my Macbook computer and although I went to a few places, they said it couldn't be repaired and the screen had to be completely changed. Then I found MiraFixit and met the owner Naseer, he told me he could fix it. He repaired and delivered my computer at a really affordable price in just a few hours. Great Service for Apple products!!
First time with Mirafixit for replacing my MacBook screen. It’s an older model and so didn’t want to spend on a new screen at the Apple Store. Glad I was connected with Naz at Mirafixit. He was willing to work with my budget. He was a genuine, courteous and professional. He had me order the appropriate screen and once received, he replaced it within few mins. Super fast service.
