I have ordered from Arcade Shock multiple times and they are fantastic! The Orders come quickly and they take a lot of pride in their products. Everything is safely wrapped....even individual Sanwa buttons came individually wrapped! Absolutely going to continue to order from them. ALSO their customer service is fantastic. Take it from an 90's arcade gamer- this place is worth the hype!

I really love this place! They have a lot of custom equipment that I'm using for my cabinet build. Everyone is friendly and very technical when it comes to arcade parts. They explain technical items well and the owner really knows his stuff. If you are part of the FGC or are into arcades, be sure to stop by if you are visiting. If you can't I would also recommend their online site. They are the cutting edge when it comes to arcade or fight sticks!

Came out for the Arcade Shock South Bay Masher. Bought 2 Arcade Sticks with new hardware (buttons & ball tops) got them modded on the spot! This was awesome! Truly can’t thank them enough. This was a great event with awesome vendors and great tournament with awesome hardware and pricing. Would definitely recommend! 10/10.

I recently ordered a few items here.
Items arrived promptly, and they were nicely packaged and labeled. I would definitely keep buying stuff again from them.
I was pleasantly surprised when the description said that the LS-56 has a shorter throw than the LS-40 Seimitsu, so I bought them both because I wanted to test this by myself (it's kind of hard to know those things without trying). I watched some youtube videos stating that the LS-40 has the shortest throw in the market, but this is not true. These guys were right. The LS-56 has the shortest throw. The descriptions were very accurate and helpful. I haven't seen such detail anywhere else.
I'll be recommending LS-56 from your store for Shmups to other people after this experience. I compete in fighting games sometimes and I really like how accurate and precise this joystick is for that too.
