Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When their games don't provide wins, they just ignore you when you reachout to customer service. My wife and I both have been working on a reward not being honored for 26+ hours now, and have had 2 replies. 1 reply verified their failure but they refused to get back to us or provide the award we earned. This company is very fraudulent! It might be time to try to figure out how to report them to the government!

You idiots destroyed Scrabble by trying to turn it into Candy Crush. Just let people play each other in scrabble...real scrabble. You don't need to improve on that game. That's like trying to make a slot-machine, sparkly dopamine version of Chess. You don't need to improve on a classic game.

Company is complicit in cooperating with scammers to bilk honest players out of their money and time. They could easily stop cheaters who use airplane mode by requiring a token each time that a player logs in. Tracking the number and frequency of those tokens would allow them to identify cheaters and protect the integrity of the game. By not doing this, they scam honest players and make them compete against the cheaters, thus causing realized damages to those players.

Every game they buy gets turned to a casino. And im not even kidding. Take stumble guys as an example that was owner by a little development team called kitka games. It was once a cool little game to play that mimicked fall guys, but now, oh boy where do u even start. First, every time you log in you get bombed with “offers” that (i mean like 2-3 pop ups), a pay to win special emote and many spin wheels and boxes. The old game i used to play wasn’t like this. It was humble…. I’m genuinely sad about how evil this company is and what it does to CHILDREN.

Wow, after an hour server maintenance on Star Trek Fleet Command. You fixed NOTHING. Although its not taking me 10 attempts to attack a red target. It is ONLY taking 5 attempts.
Thats only one part. Resource nodes not showing. Captured systems in takeover gone. Takes 5 minutes to click on the help button to send help to one player.
My download speed is great ... every game I play does not have the bad signal for wifi showing. Now everyone in my alliance has slow wifi signal. Wish I could share a video here. Can't in customer support. They only let under 1 minute videos. What email can I send videos showing a small portion of the problems were having playing the game
