Update: The wait was not too bad and the sales representative did a fantastic job getting the phones transferred from another provider.

Service is purposely slow. In one hour, only two people were seen. At first I was trying to figure out why they were being so slow, then I noticed over half the people started leaving. Oh, so that's why; They don't actually want to assist customers, as it's cheaper to just have them give up. What a terrible, terrible business.
And to think, I was considering bundling cellular service to my plan. Not if it's going to take three hours!

Do not do business with this company. They literally lied and said all Samsung Galaxy phones models A-13 were experiencing an outage due to the heat and the fires. It was software virus/glitch with Spectrum specifically and nothing to do with the actual phone. I couldn't make any outbound calls for over 72 hours. Their customer service is horrendous. I went into the store today to ask for help with my phone since it appeared that pictures were being downloaded onto my gallery of unknown things that was not anything to do with me. The store had a few people waiting and I asked how long the wait was and was told 15-30 minutes. I told them I had to be at work at 5 pm and asked if they could please help me. I asked the customers ahead of me if I could go ahead of them since it was already 3:30 pm. The customers stated that was fine. The Spectrum rep proceeded to tell me I had intimidated the customers and went to ask if they were ok with me going ahead to which they stated yes. He then looked at my phone and had no idea how these pictures were appearing in my gallery. I was beyond frustrated already due to my service being out for 3 days and now this in the store. I walked out and drove to T-Mobile. They helped me transfer my service over right away once I got it unlocked. Additionally, the pictures appearing in my gallery was due to Whatsapp. Do not do business with Spectrum, they are overpriced, have horrible customer service and are extremely deceitful. I hope they go out of business soon!

Good layout and great customer service, once you get a tech. You must sign in as soon as you enter to be in line. There's a sign but it's easy to walk past the podium it's mounted on.

This store always under staff 14 people waiting with only 2 employees in the counter with no rush 1:10pm I will update when I leave

Horrible check in system that is mandatory when walking in. There were multiple employees available to assist yet I still had to check in at the front kiosk and wait while all the employees were still doing nothing. One employee said she just got to work and insisted I had to check in even though there was nobody else around. Moments later I see her picking up her personal phone and talking. Highly unprofessional. Never using this service again.

Stopped by to get pricing on switching Internet service from AT&T to Spectrum..... After hearing what their prices were I made the switch to Spectrum .... Very satisfied with with service so far.
