I have no idea how I ever started receiving emails from this company. I have been unsubscribing from their emails for at least five months. I have tried contacting them to request unsubscribing which only results in more emails. I have hit the unsubscribe button over 50 times in one day and I am still getting emails. Needless to say they are all about advertising and certainly not Caring about any clients most frustrating and annoying thing ever

I signed up for this service last Spring of 2017 because it had some very unique features such as being able to see when a Realtor I am following gets a listing. Also being able to determine who is doing business and who is not. As far as the product the way it is being marketed...It has no use. In this Market all a Realtor has to do is plop their sign in the back yard on Friday, put the property in the local MLS and choose which offer he/she received over the weekend they will present to the seller. All this fancy whiz bang technology is not needed by the realtor (at this time). Seriously...fancy open house fliers...I am not big on fliers anyway. That said, as a 24 year plus loan officer...I see MANY WAYS that a lender can go directly after the comsumer before they ever talk to a Realtor. This is how I was going to use the prooduct and still will once I have some other infra-structure in place. However, I am UPSET at list reports right now. WHY? Because they just autodraqfted my checking account A-G-A-I-N this is the third, possible the forth time since I canceled last Summer. ALSO...THEY NEED TO HIRE A RECECPTIONIST THAT DOES NOTHING UT ANSWER PHONES. I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES THAT DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THEM!!!!!!!! THIS GARBAGE ABOUT LEAVING AN E-MAIL AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU DOES NOT CUT IT. So until they fix this issue with my auto-drafting and hire a receptionist that will take my phone call...it's one star. Fix my Bank account and I will make it three stars. Hire a recptionist so I and others can talk to a live human being and I will make it 4 stars. Change your marketing stratedy and I will make it five stars...actually, dont change your marketing stratedgy, I do not want to compete with other lenders who will use this tool the right way. There is nothing of value for a Realtor here for a loan officer to give...but consumer direct...thats the future. 11/16/2018 UPDATE. They did eventually straighten things out. They did fix my bank accounts so I am changing this to three stars as I promised. I am going to look at the product AGAIN, to see if any improvements have been made. This products strongest selling point is to be able to see which Realtors are doing the business. It doesn't show you who is helping buyers but it does show who is getting the listings. The market is changing very quickly as more loan officers generate their own leads. Realtors, don't seem aware of this.

Dishonest business practices. Pretending to be partners with my lenders and trying to force them into a contract. Despicable and a useless service. I hope they go out of business.
