Hi, we signed up with the company and decided to cancel the service as we couldn’t get proper training and our webpage was never done, requested our refund we have been waiting over two months March 13 2024 we signed docs and we received two calls to try to set up. We requested a full and complete refund on March 19th 2024. We called and emailed two reps neither of them reply the emails. It looks so nice such a shame it did not work for us. We canceled the service and we are still waiting on our refund. Please reimburse our money completely. I am looking forward for someone to reach. It is sad we have do this.

They will promise you it will do all you need. Tell you they will be there to help you no problem, with anything you need. Anything to make the sale. It did nothing we needed it to do. We were lied to by the salesman. Customer service was terrible. After many attempts to reach them and explain our concerns we were told we would get a refund. Then we were told they would not give us a refund. Instead they said they would give us a year free... Why would we want a year free of a product that did nothing they told us it would do. I would stay clear of this company. Sadly I was hoping to make this right with them as we didn't want to leave a poor review. Wish that could have happened.
UPDATE: 09/28/2022 Looks to me like the reply from Josh Holland is a standard reply they send out to all low reviews. I have gone ahead and emailed them. I will update again if we do actually get some help from Josh Holland.

Their product is outdated and difficult to use. There is no support that will respond once you sign up. They will refuse to respond to you about anything once you decide that you want to cancel and will just keep billing you until you get your payment provider involved.

We started using the program at our small dealership in Nov 2014. There started to be problems in May of '15 when small changes needed to be made in format, spelling, percentages, and calculations. For 2 months we couldn't use the program correctly and spent hours on the phone trying to get them fixed. We were billed for those months. They kept saying they would get the fixes done, but they never did. We eventually had to go to another program. In order to stop the automatic credit card billing, you have to send them a certified letter by mail, which I did, requesting reimbursement for the 2 months the program didn't work correctly. I never head back. From October thru December, I made 7 phone calls to the main office, talking to the sales manager, Kevin, our sales rep, Calvin, and others. In my final December call, I explained everything again to a very nice woman who said she would relay my problem again to the sales manger, Kevin, as well as other corporate level staff. I made it clear that, if this wasn't handled responsibly and professionally, I would pass along my experience to others who may use or be thinking of using the Dealer Click program and/or their customer service system.
It is my professional recommendation that you DO NOT give your business and valuable time to the Dealer Click company. Import Autowerks, Inc. February 18, 2016.

My dealership Auto Discount has been using Dealerclick for almost 3 years and we have been very happy with it. The support staff is excellent and very responsive to our needs and know what they are doing so I don't waste my time when calling! The price is extremely competitive as we shopped over 15 different company's before making our purchase. We started with less than 20 cars and now have over 70 and 2 lots and the system does everything we need and a lot more.We strongly recommend the product! It was a great investment for my business and worth every penny.
