Just when shoppers turn to internet buying, it’s good to know there’s still a brick and mortar location to service the needs of disk golf players!
First time players, newer products seeking players and convenience buyers, can all benefit from this place. It’s also a great place to go for gifts, such as printed t-shirts!
They’re fully equipped to supply all of the gear necessary for game play, and unlike online ordering, the look, feel and weight is comparable with all that matters!
The helpful staff will assist the curious beginners as to the best disc’s for particular uses. Even the experienced players can seek innovative advice and upgrades to get that edge on the competition!
From new, top of the line to used and imperfect practice discs, this place has what it takes to make the game. Then all the player needs is the disk golf course to play!
The Discovering the World store isn’t located in a typical shopping area, tho rather in a warehouse district, at 6455 Roland St, in Buena Park.

One of the BEST disc golf shops in SoCal. Large variety of brands, Discs, Accessories, Baskets, Dog toys lol.. They got it all!

Staff is super helpful and are more than happy to go check the back if you're looking for a particular color or weight in a disc. Very knowledgeable.

My favorite way to buy discs. Wonderful friendly staff and a great selection of discs and accessories. They also have online orders. Getting to see and feel the disc in your hand is a great advantage in selecting the right disc for you.

Great place to ask for help,from weights to glide to molds best ..... Great selection and be careful with a dga portable target. There are no skins to purchase as replacement. U have to be creative.the chains set and post are very good though. Bummer on the no replacement skins. Otherwise throw more discs . !! Ruin some shoes for fun

First timer shopping discs at a dedicated store and was greeted as if I were family. All the staff including Anthony and Sean were very helpful and non judgmental in my inexperience with discs and the game. They helped me choose some great discs and gear, and gave great recommendations dependent on my experience and arm speed. This store is one of a kind and very highly recommended from a new disc golf customer.

What a treat to have this specialty shop nearby. Great selection of discs, but ask if you don't see it on the floor. There's more inventory in back. Super helpful people too. Also nice that it's only a few miles from La Mirada Disc Golf Course.
