I love this place! The service is always top tier! A girl Valeria always helps me and she's so sweet! The sushi is so good all the time. The appetizers are amazing and I can never eat as much as I want to because I get too full. The prices are pretty fair, and I always feel like I get what I paid. If you like sushi, this is a must have in Hemet. 5/5 stars easy!

Sushi Ray “was” the best in Hemet.
Ever since Sam left and the new owner took over this place has lost its touch. All of the OGs are no longer working there! (That should tell you something). My husband and I felt rushed that we didn’t get to enjoy our food or even round 2. Happy to say we won’t be returning back.

If anyone is looking for a GREAT sushi place, I recommend 21 Sushi House- Calimesa!

This used to be the best sushi place in town. Then it switched owners, and the quality, service, and experience took a dump. I NEVER thought I would be writing a negative review about this place. But after two terrible experiences dining here after the switch, I can't in good conscience allow people to waste money here anymore. They seriously need to reevaluate. Unfortunately, I probably won't be giving them another chance.

Pretty great and the food was very yummy. Only down side was the waitress, she never refilled our drinks. Definitely will eat here again though.

This place is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
All you can eat ? Yeah, right, you only get 2 rounds. Even the waitress said since they changed owners. A lot of customers have been complaining. Not worth it unless Also, the waitress didn't even tell us until the end it was only 2 rounds.

So to start off I'm not from Hemet but comparing this to sushi places in Riverside/ Corona area I was not pleased. Ordered all you can eat and the fish and rolls tasted good but they extremely skimp on the actual sushi fish it's mostly rice and fillers. I had ordered a bunch of sashimi and the cuts of sashimi were so thin you could see thru them and if that wasn't bad enough they were some of the biggest pieces of rice under them I have ever got. Because I am on a strict macro diet I wiegh all my food and I can tell you that the each rice was 20 grams with 5.2 grams of sashimi that is a horrible ratio of fish to rice clearly just want to fill you up with rice.
Also service was horrible had to wave down our waiter several times at one point got up and walked to the bar for refills mind you this place is super tiny all you have to do is look left and right and you could see the entire eating area. To put it in perspective other all you can eat sushi's I've been to had every slice of fish at .5 ounces this place is .2 oz per slice of fish ridiculous. After ordering 16 pieces of sashimi I only ended up with 3.2 oz of fish.

Small and cozy place. Easy to locate. Lots of parking. Staff are friendly. Love their jalopeño poppers! Sushi servings are the smallest I've seen.
