Terrible internet service. Go with another company.

The primary issue is the routers they force you to use. They come with poor firmware and drop out constantly and unpredictably. On top of that, you’re not able to access your own router for independent troubleshooting as you’re forced to use an app that tells you nothing useful and cannot access the routers through /cmd.

The customer service portal is an incredibly useless AI that leaves you talking in circles. I will be shutting down my service with them soon and transferring to a different company that has an interest in the quality of services they provide.

Horrible service. Unreliable internet service! We quit them over a year ago because the service was affecting my job. They consistently send their salesperson to get us to sign up.
The pathway to our house is gated (they ignore the trespassing law, we will be press in charges at this point) plus we have a no soliciting sign. They continue to trespass and ignore all legal barriers. They are intrusive gnats

Door to door sales are so pushy. We are not customers and have no intentions on switching, We do have a “no soliciting” on the house but apparently they don’t know what that means or don’t think it applies to them.
