Very well maintained but there is a parking problem here be aware if you park your vehicle in front of the mobile home space it will be towed I found that out the hard way Make sure you park along the outer perimeter wall to play it safe.

I had lived here for 7 years until we got a new manager, Lorraine, and she complained about everything. She was the reason I had to move from this park. Everything bothers her she makes people feel uncomfortable.

Me and my family has been here for 5 years prior to us moving in we would observe the community to see how it was would come early mornings, late evening, and late nights before we decided to buy our home. When we first moved in it was a lot of kids who were very disrespectful and destroying things. The community went through maybe 4 office manager before getting someone who cared the property, I like the current office staff and Jim is great and helpful and Pam is polite and professional when doing business. If I could request two thing to change that would be to allow us to have alcohol in the clubhouse when hosting parties, and big dog where I can't enjoy my backyard due to the smell of dog poop. Overall everything is great and I look forward to staying here for a long time.

I don't know who owns this Californian mobile home park... but its manager who attends this year, August 2022, I applied, apparently my bank statement was not sent. correct the application was denied without being able to accommodate and he told me in 60 days you can apply another ces and I went to try to do it and he just told me you will never be able to live here in this park my credit is excellent. no reason gave me that is wrong there is no law that protects from that?

So far we have gotten one car towed for parking in front of our place. But no one else's cars get towed when parked outside their own homes. The place is nice, and comfortable, but seems like a lot of double standards and favoritism.

Cozy , active park but with no overtly offensive guests or residence. This place has a well maintained pool and general accomidations area situated directly at the center of its grounds which makes it highly accessible to residence and their guests. Most people keep to themselves and those who dont are rather friendly, no excess of greenbelts requiring sensitive care or any exposed dirt to invade your freshly dusted home, staff is friendly yet quick to assure compliance when it requires to maintain collective comfort.

I have a GOOD FRIEND that lives in this park and for the most part it is a nice place. Unfortunately they do not provide high enough fencing between properties to protect you from the neighbors dogs. Also with as modern as the park is technologically speaking I find it shocking that they don’t have a PHONE TREE emergency notification set up in their computer system for events like happened this weekend. IE: water main break and no gas! If they would set up an automatic phone tree to let residents know they are aware of the issues they would receive less COMPLAINT CALLS. They could also use same auto response system to notify everyone of the progress on the repairsπŸ™‚ Easy fix!

Used to live here about 4 years and it only seems to get better and better with each new home coming in. Great neighborhood and neighbors I actually miss our place in there. I'm living close still so maps thinks that's where I'm going still.
