Living here has been off to a great start. Richard is awesome, can't thank him enough. He is definitely part of the good people in this world!! I love talking with him, he cracks me up. Always willing to help and do what he can whenever I have asked. And I have asked a lot of questions trust me!! Lol
Super peaceful quiet community, i have enjoyed every moment of it. Residents are just as awesome as the team that keeps us going. Please don't forget to leave a Google review!! Great park! I lived there for three years and really enjoyed the park. It's safe, gated, and is very quiet. About three miles from Diamond Valley park and a mile or so to the Stater Brothers. The managers, Angela and Richard are wonderful and very nice.

It's an ok place. Space rent is getting outrageous everywhere, here is no exception. Idk how people do it anymore with mortgage on top of these space rents and the climbing utility costs. No street parking overnight in the park can also be a bit of an inconvenience but definitely don't want the narrow streets in the community packed with people's extra cars and guests vehicles so it is what it is.
Bit of a bummer that there's only 1 small pool and playground given the population of the community here but again it is what it is.

This property and team is beyond impressive. The amenities, the roads, the pool, the club house, and the people are amazing.

The team at Saddleback Mobile Home Estates has been absolutely
phenomenal.

Richard and Angela are professional, communicative, and thorough. They were able to effectively and efficiently answer all my questions and displayed extreme patience during my barrage of questions (via email and in person). The team was able to assist me with documents, keys, and support during / after moving in.

My family and I will enjoy this property for many years to come.

Love this community! We just recently moved into the neighborhood and it has been wonderful. Everyone is so nice. It's well maintained and clean. Management goes above and beyond. Angela and Richard have been so helpful! It's quiet and safe. The park It's a perfect area to raise my children. Very happy here!!

It's just a gated mobile home park I pick a friend up at for Bible study. Gate works well on way in but you really need to get close to exit gate when leaving, almost as if you need to hit it! They do seem to have a nice pool area.
