Went on a Thursday, shortly after 12pm when they opened.

It was only me and seniors enjoying their day. I used my summer pass and got two games in. Bowled almost identical, 118 & 117.

The two ladies closest to me were respectful we each had bowling etiquette.

Restrooms were clean + the employee who checked me in at the desk was friendly and respectful too. He made me feel comfortable coming to this particular location for the first time.

Balls were better organized than at other locations + bowling shoes to rent were in way better condition than other locations I’ve been to.

I’m glad I decided to leave the house today and bowl at Bowlero Hemet.

Today we, The ARC ALUMNI FELLOWSHIP, had our annual Alumni Fellowship bowling tournament @ Bowlero Hemet, CA. Jaime the manager accommodated us immediately even while extremely short staffed, and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. She and the staff delivered our food order and beverages on time and with a smile. I noticed the manager was running all over the facility making sure that all needs were being met, even for other customers. Our group had a great time and will definitely be scheduling our next tournament here @ Bowlero Hemet, CA. This is a great place to come for family fun and quality service. SPECIAL THANKS: to Jaime and her available staff for all your hard work and making every effort to facilitate our event with smiles and quality service. 🤙🏼

Everything was great , I left for like 6 months came back and it changed. Looks really nice all the upgrades and remodeling. But new folks running the counter not so much. I believe it was Oscar not 100% sure. But I stood patiently in line waiting to talk to him at front desk. He finished with his customer then I'm next. Phone rings he tells me wait. Then picks up phone and helps the customer on phone. And talks forever. I just walked away along with the lady waiting behind me. I get helping folks in the phone. But I made the effort to show up I'm paying for lanes , food and drinks. So to ignore me so you can answer phone . "Please hold" super simple solution. Anyways place looks great miss old managers Sophie , Ryan and Jamie.

We had a blast at the bowling alley for my son’s birthday, the management was very helpful, Jamie and Brianna, thank you for your hospitality! Very clean bowling alley, food was good and quick service, fun arcade too!
