Since I've been using LambdaTest for a few months, I've been quite pleased with both its performance and functionality. At first, I was quite happy with the service. It provided me with many versions of the browsers I wanted to test in, and overall, I had a smooth connection. Unfortunately, they state that their live testing is powered by "real machines and real browsers." This is false information; you can tell by the little "VMWare Tools" icon in the corner.

Furthermore, I had a fairly poor connection as I was on vacation, and ended up getting disconnected, though the dashboard says my session is still running and it won't let me launch a new session because I need to upgrade. I contacted support about it, and got a response that they would look into it and get back to me within the next couple of minutes. That was several hours ago, and I still have no response.

I've only been using this service for less than a week, and I already heavily regret purchasing a subscription. I've got my eyes set on BrowserStack, as it's free for open-source projects.

I'm SUPER impressed with this solution, the people who have offered support, and the price point. There are a few better known competitors in this space, but Lambda Test is stealing the show in my opinion. We are putting it into all of our workflows.
