Tan is very friendly and knowledgeable. He cares about your electronics and wants to get you back online. I took my Xbox one in after it stopped responding to my controllers and keyboard. He did his magic and was able to get the system back online and resolve the issue within minutes.

Well I guess I may still be a little angry. The guy took one look at my phone as a sad expression settled on to his countenance. "I'm sorry, I do not work Motorola."
That's it? Anyway, that's about all I can tell you. He definitely knows what he will work on and what he won't.

He was very nice and save me a lot of money 💰I thought I had to replace the phone 📱and it was only lint clog up in it.I forgot to mention it was the store off Northgate, next to Autozone.

My daughter dropped her iPad on the ground while running with it, shattered the entire screen, and was devastated. I thought for sure with the prices to fix a screen, it'd be smarter just to replace the iPad entirely. Until I called these guy. They gave me a reasonable price. I dropped it off the morning of October 2nd, and had it back the evening of the 2nd. The woman there did a FANTASTIC job of replacing her screen, and keeping her iPad in mint condition. If we ever have to do this again with our other kiddos, I won't look anywhere else. So thank you, SO VERY MUCH!!!

I waited 2 weeks, only being told "can I have 2 more days", while they fixed my Pc, only for them to flat out say "I can't figure it out, you can come pick it up". Biggest waste of my time ever
