Ouch - Expensive!
While other shops are selling boxes for $5-$10 above MSRP, this shop sells them for $20 over MSRP. Why is this shop doing that when elk grove comics is selling it for $10-15 cheaper and its only a 5 minute drive?

Aside from the pricing, other accessories are okay in terms of pricing - still over charging IMO, but I guess fair if you cant drive 1-3 overpass over for pick n pull or EG cards and comics.

Overall:
Owner is nice and he greats everyone. This review is more or less a reflection of the pricing really. The place is a great environment, its got good vibes and tons of other accessories other shops don't have. Best pricing in Sacramento goes to All Thing Anime, Competitive Card Shack, and EG cards and comics comes in a good 3rd.

I play in the Yugioh matches here and the audience is always cool and the guys working here are nice. I feel like they could use a little more 'cool' and a little less 'weeb' when it comes to things like playmats and card sleeves, but I get it if that makes their money

I called and pre-ordered a box of one piece OP06 and they put my name down. A week before release date I called to get an update on the box and the worker said they see my name and I can purchase 1 box on release day for $120. I attended their pre-release event and we were given a chance to purchase a box for $175. I told them that they had already told me I can purchase a box that Friday at $120. They then looked at their list of people and said yes I'm on the list and I can buy a box for $120 on Friday. That Friday morning I get a phone call from a worker and he said I can still purchase a box but the box will cost $200. I said, but you guys said to me twice I can buy a box for $120. They did not honor their words. I will never go back to this store and will share my horrible experience with every tcg player I meet.

This shop was sketchy from the get go. I was really excited to have found a weiss schwarz shop in my area. We chatted up with the cashier and something didn't sound right. They have 2 display counters with rare signed Weiss cards. The cashier said they rarely buy the cards and have pulled the cards themselves. On their shelves they have trials decks that are marked as "mapped" which is written on a lose post-it note. Which means that the product was searched and resealed for a discounted price (considering they've already taken out the rare card).

Do not come here as a collector.

Can't speak about the physical location, but the online ordering experience was great. Everything arrived quick and extremely well packaged. Will definitely swing by if I'm ever in the area!

Great Customer Service. The only real card shop in Sacramento that supports JP CCG and TCG. Friendly environment and the owner and worker are super friendly and down to earth. I would highly suggest anyone to check out the shop. They carry majority of the popular card games and the prices are very reasonable. I always enjoy my visit whenever i need something for my personal collection.

hands down best TCG shop I've been to. super inviting atmosphere, tons of products that's always rotating. staffs very friendly and knowledgeable to help you with anything you need.... even has plenty of anime mech like charms wall scrolls and other fun items that make for great gifts for anime or geek culture fans of all ages

Ive been coming to this shop for about 2-3 years now and it does not disappoint. The selections for Japanese TCG and English TCG are great. The employees are awesome and very nice. Not once have i had any issues regarding my pre-orders or purchases. The shop also host tournaments through out the week for card games like Vanguard, Weiss, One Piece and Yu Gi Oh. I would highly recommend if your in the area to visit the shop.
