Honestly, this was my first time hard core doing claw machines.

It was quite fun, but IMO, definitely pretty pricey. They do have some promos for credits, so definitely look into getting more, since it won't expire if you plan to come back.

Staff was generally friendly.

To management...it is a bit weird to sell custom cards...but if you're a member, it doesn't roll over...so less people will likely buy the cards...staff thought it was weird too.

Will be back in the future!

Security guards hassled me and my friend (we’re both women) and were blowing vape smoke in our faces. They tried to check my male friend’s ID, offered to let me and my female friend in without checking our IDs, then started hitting on us. When rejected, they waved us down with the magnetic wands and made me turn out all my pockets. Highly unprofessional establishment with security guards hassling customers for fun. I understand that these guys were bored at their job, but making female customers feel unsafe when your job is a security guard should not be tolerated by Eastridge Mall.

I have a mild addiction to claw machines and this place delivers. I was on a trip for work so I couldn't stay longer, but I'd love to see a Round1 in my hometown. I'd definitely recommend this place for any claw machine enthusiasts. Also, this place has a great selection of arcade machines.

Pros drinks are so so cheap! 10 dollars for a seltzer mixer. 4 dollars for wine, bud light and Moscow mules. The arcade is fun with a wide array of Japanese games, and an added bonus are the karaoke rooms! Which are super reasonably priced. biggest con is the claw machines are expensive and hard, the grip on the machines is one of the weakest I’ve encountered.

A fun place to spend with friends and family. There are a lot of fun arcade games here, and they have a large collection of claw machines. My son’s personal favorites are the Dinosaur shooter and Pirate’s Hook.

The down size:
- Many prizes that could be exchanged using tickets are so expensive. One time we won 1800+ tickets and couldn’t exchange for a medium plushy. The one that can be exchanged are small plushies which are not cute at all.
- The claw machines are rigged, as they’re always supposed to. The grips on the claw are so loose that I suspect the only thing they can hold is feather.

Still, we won one prize after severe failed attempts. What can I say? The prizes in the claw machines are so much better than the ones available at the ticket exchange.

This is the worst round one I have ever been to. They have the worst customer service here and the Manager CHARLES was very unprofessional. He was unable to help my family, friend and I purchase ice cream because of the kitchen orders being backed up.

He simply could have taken the initiative and helped us quickly with a simple fast order but he declined and decided that his workers should just stand behind the single deep fryer waiting for food to be deep fried and neglect any customers approaching the counter.

Their bowling alley is also very horrible, seems like the floor is not leveled so it makes the bowling ball curve in odd directions. Their rental shoes were also very dirty and smelly I recommend people who use their shoes to bring extra socks you don’t mind disposing after bowling. That’s how filthy their shoes are.

The bathrooms are also very unhygienic, there’s usually a lot of water on the floor that can cause a slip hazard. There was also water leaking onto some of their dance game machines that looks very unsafe.

I will never bring my family or friends to this establishment. They have incompetent staff and management.

Also would never recommend this place to anybody.

The most friendliest crew in all the Bay Area Round1. The place is sooooo nice to have a family or hang out with friends. So much fun stuff to do. Arcade n games. I love going here a lot.

1.5 hour wait when we called 10 mins before and was told 20 min wait. Arcade SUPER expensive. Also, I thought the security at the front was gonna ask me to bend over and cough. Some power tripping kid was cracking down on me about a portable Apple Watch charger to the point that I had to prove it to him with a google image proving that’s what it was. Wouldn’t recommend
