There is a female dark brown dog there that needs a home. I took her to the vet and verifies she doesn't have a microchip. She needs help and has a welcoming behavior. Doesn't appear to be abused by people yet, but she is definitely cautious. Please add her to your family before she gets killed by a car or starves to death. She only wants to give and be loved. She is precious and so innocent. Help her please.

Day there was yesterday, Sunday 9-24-23. Was there at 2pm. The Picnic gazebo area was very nice. Playground was great for the kids to play in. Fun. The bathrooms next to us were not available, so everyone at the party had to walk far to other restrooms that were absolutely filthy! Nasty dirty bathrooms. Feces on the toilet rims. clogged toilets. No toilet paper . All the stalls had no doors. No doors. No privacy. Trash all over the floor. Smelled like poop and urine. Nasty! Disgusting!bathrooms

I was there on Wednesday for my wife's aunt's funeral. I really like the benches. Too bad I live too far from Delano I live in Los Angeles. Beautiful cemetery !!!

Need a big green tarp like MLK PARK over the Playground. Should be one at all the playgrounds . its too hot for these kids to be on the play structure especially with all the summer functions that are gong on. With people coming out from quarantine. Just my opinion but the park is beautiful

I lived in Delano for most of my life. I moved out about 10 years ago. it was pretty sad to go back to that park and see how it was poorly maintained and the restrooms were locked. You would think with all the revenue that comes in to that city from the 2 prisons they would have upgrade that park by now. Very sad 😔 Not sure if it's a city park or county park but something needs to be done. Thank you.

It's a park that always reminds me of my child hood it's a great park good for the children and always has something going on like a fair or kids baseball games
