My account got hacked. The person or persons that hacked it use my Debit card information stored. Customer service returned my money but Suspended my account. Said it take 24hrs, then said 1 to 3 days, then said 3 to 5 days. It has now been 2 weeks. I have to keep waiting until someone sends me an email to recover my account. BUT! Still haven't received an email to help & they can't tell me when to expect the email. Just wait! I asked for how long, would not give me a time frame. All my games are locked! An account I had for 20yrs! They will not transfer me to someone in the United States.
And the supervisors hung up on me! Some other players have been waiting for 6 months. They take no responsibility for their actions.

Sony PlayStation is clearly in collusion with online scalpers as you can wait for 6 hours to pre-order a new PlayStation on their on website (Sony Direct), put the items in your cart, yet be unable to actually pay for them and checkout!

Sony is making gamers and true Playstation fans go through nonsense so scalpers can list the same PlayStation online on eBay or similar for $5,000!

Terrible and unethical company!!!

SCAMMERS. Do not buy Sony products. Every single Sony product has lasted me only a year or two (despite treating the products with the utmost care). They are scammers disguised as a reputable company.

Edit: DONE with this company. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

My playstation 4 account got hacked and they changed ALL of my information. Playstation said they couldn't get me my account back without the ID, or email. How am I supposed to give you an email and ID that someone else changed it to. Not even worth trying to figure out how to get my account back. Selling my playstation and immediately going with Xbox

Extremely Frustrating customer service! I am on a lot of beta lists to test out new games before they get released. This past week was EA's "NHL 23 technical playtest". EA is great, they sent out my code to redeem on the PS store on Oct. 1 which I redeemed from my PC, but the playtest never showed up on my PS4! Sony will not provide any answers even after spending 3+ hours chatting & emailing with customer support. They seem ready to blame EA, but the problem is on the PS store. I have my transaction ID, but Sony keeps giving me the runaround or saying my access was for last month when I have an email directly stating my access is for Oct 1-4.

Sony WILL NOT answer my question as to why this isn't showing up on my purchases on my PS4?..I mean it shows up on my PC that I redeemed the code. I am extremely disappointed in Sony & unfortunately this will have a long-term effect on my video game future with this company 🙁
