Great place to stay and in a great location. I had a one bed room and had plenty of space with a nice balcony. The gym, pool, and pop-up restaurants they brought were great. Most of all the front office and everyone who worked there were amazing and always helped whenever I needed it. I would highly recommend Solterra to anyone and I would stay there again if need be.

Almost 1 year of living here. Recently, I smell weed everyday in my apartment and neighbor. I moved here because it is smoke free community and I truly enjoyed living here untill I smell weed. I requested leasing office to do something. however, nothing have gotten better.

Always smell shitty. Move here if you want to smoke inside your unit cuz no one will bother you.

My family recently moved into a 2 bedroom townhome and we are very happy. The move-in process was very seamless, the office (Jeannette and Devona) were very friendly and efficient with the whole process. I appreciated the follow-up to all my request and needs via email or telephone call. I felt part of the process. Since I have moved in, the property has been very clean (they have someone cleaning on site every morning) They have someone to pick up our daily trash from home every evening (as long as it’s in a trash bin, they have provided) I have small children so I definitely use their playground and enclosed basketball court. Their amenities include heated pools and spa as well as a clean gym and club room. During the evening, most people walk their dogs around the property since it is a pet-friendly environment (they have doggie bags around the property to keep the area clean from dog poo). So far, my experience with maintenance team (Jerry and Carlos) has been wonderful, they always have a smile on their face and are ready to handle anything I throw at them. My work orders have always been completed in a timely manner and will also follow-up via email/telephone call if there is an issue. I’ve spoken to Jerry several times and he is always willing to listen to find a solution ASAP.

Do not move here. The worst after time passes. I’m telling you that’s it’s no good and rent in a good area that’s affordable or buy a property. They don’t respect or keep words. They have mold after you there for a bit. I had to file against them. I recommend not to look at the outside and if you have no choice. Pick a place that have great 5 star reviews. They will raise rent slowly. Parking is bad. They can’t promise if there’s enough parking. Think… b4 you get yourself stuck. Ppl are not renewing their lease that I’ve still communicated with.

I lived here for 4 years. This is a place that you don’t want to lock yourself in. They promise one word and the next at your door. I do recommend someone in this place. They have roaches that I had to clean out. They rise up rent once you move in slowly that was mentioned by many of the ppl I speak to now that are not renewing their lease. I bought a home after everything. They don’t give as promise once keys return, please keep all documents. I’m glad to refer ppl there to buy a home and they took that step. They are going to rent at a better property. Ppl go in gated or not. There is no security. So I asked do not sign with that amount of rent. You can get something in a good area for a lower clean environment. Thanks

I have been a resident at Solterra at Civic Center for 12 years. I enjoy living here very much. The apartments are beautiful. The Leasing Office manager, Ellie is very nice, extremely helpful and very efficient. Devona, who also works in the Leasing Office is just as great. Everything is clean and well maintained. The Maintenance staff are extremely efficient. I love living here.

Stay away. This isn’t a place to stay at all. I had a friend who lived here and she absolutely hated it. I’ve witnessed a lot of what she was going through and to say the least it was absurd. Without getting into too many details , it wasn’t worth the time or her money for this “luxury home”. Now I can say maintenance was ALWAYS on point. When something was wrong they did come and fix it with urgency. I can say that. But them ones in the front office , side eye them. To want respect you have to give it and it wasn’t gave. The things you would want to do , you can’t. She had a small get together bbq and what not and it was shut down. We weren’t loud or anything at all and during daylight hours. She proceeded to tell me that , a worker from the front office was having a loud party after 9PM at the pool and patrol were chasing them. Please don’t make this your top 20 , 10 or 5 of options to move to. It won’t be worth it.

I live here and the grounds are well kept. Maintainance is on point. Friendly staff and to the point. I have enjoyed my stay here this far. If you are one of those people who can not keep the rules or are partying. This is not the place for you; you will be evicted. This place is for the polite, respectful, and considerate neighbor.
