Went with a group of 3. We did the Western Escape room and had Sam as our guide. It was super fun and challenging. Sam was very knowledgeable and gave a detailed description and appeal of each.

My daughter, her boyfriend and I did the "Wanted In The West" escape room last night. It was a challenging room, for sure. We had fun, we really didn't have terribly high expectations as escape rooms go, but this was difficult, for us at least 😆 The girl that helped us was so sweet, fun and helpful without judgement. We really had a great time, but maybe that's just because we enjoy ourselves in general 🤷🏼‍♀️

Had an excellent time escaping from jail with the rest of my gang. The attendant (not sure the correct terminology) was friendly and helpful and everything was well-organized. Good times.

Honestly was the worst room we've ever done. The guy who greeted us wasn't friendly. They apparently have a video about the story for the room that he couldn't find and he said oh well haha. We got in the room and apparently part of the story is finding Excaliber which we found and was open at over 30 minutes in because the room wasn't reset correctly. There were keys we needed to find and he said, oh I didn't reset the room, just look for them. There were clues missing, we spent forever on a super cluttered map that you don't even use half of, we technically finished the game before even getting in the second half of it. We finished the game and he didn't even offer a picture, just said, cool see ya. All in all, a waste of time and money.

This is a rage room review only. We have done escape rooms there and it was fun. We actually did a rage room there several years ago when it was build into a room rather than how it is situated now. The rage room of the past was really fun. My kids got to pound a washer, microwave, a variety of glass ware etc. Now... you pay 40.00 minimally to smash a few glasses (all the same), a keyboard (not exciting at all) and metal that has been very smashed over a long period of time. This is NOT the experience that it once was. It was boring, watered down and a complete waste of time and money. The staff is always great and I guess we could have paid more money for "upgrades" (more stuff, more money...) We had two participants and the experience is supposed to last 20 minutes each. Both were done and bored in about 7-10 minutes each. We were out of there in just over 20 minutes.... I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Brainy Actz is a great company but this is shrinkflation at its best. Less is less. Ugh. Go rage elsewhere.

Nathan, one of the workers, did a good job last night when we went. Very friendly place, was not hard to find like other reviews had stated. We just used Google maps and it took us right to the door. They sent a text out before the game to remind you of the reservation, which gave directions if you needed them. I also had a problem using a certificate I got on the online website, called and they took care of it super fast. The room we did the puzzles were in a linear fashion.
