Went in for new year eve’s. I go every year but this year was a disappointment. Called in before to confirm timings and 10 pm happy hours promos are still there. The person on the phone said Yes. Went in, had drinks, tapped out and server said no discounts today. Irony is that the same discount came on TV infront of me atleast 50 times, mentioned i was told its there, negative.
Ordered food, cutlery was dirty as in pics, waited 45 min for nachos, reminded server, another 10 min & we got Nachos finally. Server never came to us, had to stand up 6 times to catch hold of her. Most of time, our server was chatting personally to a gentleman seated 2 seats away from me. Place was not at all as busy as last time. Overall lack of service, hospitality and commitment. 2 stars are for hats and glasses they threw this year.

I wasn't expecting an extraordinary experience with D&B All You Can Eat Wings but if I knew it would be this bad, I would not have wasted my time and you shouldn't either!! They served COLD wings that looked like they were sitting out for a while and barely came back between servings to put in an order. My friend got the chicken strips but it was basically just fried batter on a bed of fries. Even Round 1 has better food than this! Wild.

Like any other D&B, consistent and this one is fairly larger than some others. Food was good, nothing special. Amicable staff and quick service.

We got the special, $19.99 includes food plus $5.00 card to play.

I don't know details in the card and playing as I was only a chaperone.

But did notice that back in my days, a quarter when playing pac-man and you completed the puzzle, you didn't have to add another quarter to continue, sad that you have to swipe/insert the card to continue.

The people I took enjoyed the hamburgers, waitress was very helpful, she said we could upgraded the $19.99 special but unfortunately they only gave me a certain amount to spend on my 4 guests, maybe next time I'll be better prepared.
She even gave us to go cups.
I didn't have enough money for a tip. I felt very bad because she went above and beyond helping us.

I'm definitely going back, but next time, I will be prepared and explain to my guests how the swipe vs. game time works.

I had fun at the arcade with my cousins we even took a picture as Ghostbusters it Made us feel like we were Ghostbusters!
I haven’t tried the food yet so I can’t read them on that and the service but I love the arcade. It’s a fun place to be at on the first date or with friends and family.
Update: on the food it was delicious!
I got Barbacoa fries 😋 yummy
