I had a good experience with Arilo, his price was affordable, I had a test on Monday and I dropped off my laptop with him on Wednesday, by Thursday my laptop was ready, and he was willingly to drop it off for me. He is swift to respond to messages, and he handled my laptop with care, no scratch or dents. Nice work.

I had a great experience with Arilo! I took my pc to get fixed as the motherboard had finally failed. I needed my data for my businesses and could not wait a day or more of not having access! I reached out to Arilo and he asked that I take my pc to him to diagnose. He told me about the motherboard and said he could swap the HD out with another newer motherboard. I thought it was going to take a couple of days.

But he went to his warehouse and in 2 hours, he delivered on what was promised! My computer was up and running.

Highly recommend Arilo’s services!

Arilo robbed me of my time and money. $95 charge to do a diagnostic, which summed up to “your video card fans stopped working.” When he suggested his refurbished card of the same model for $600, I did research online to find new models for under $300. He wanted to charge me another $120 to clean out my pc and check which graphics cards were compatible. Arilo takes his sweet time, this ordeal took over a week. I’m surprised he is still in business. If you ever take a chance to see this poor business, check if he is at his desk watching TV, with scattered files, and an old bottle of hot sauce. Complete amateur.

It took him a few days but he did an excellent job of getting my data back after I spilled soda on my laptop. Even responded to a phone call on Sunday his day off and I do appreciate his work. His services were extremely affordable. He went out of his way to order parts and learn how to solve a problem for my specific laptop issue. He really put in the effort. Saved 8 weeks worth of work for me. Great work.
