Such a fun experience! My girls’ first time with VR and they loved it! The story line was nice. The staff was nice. Location was nice! It was so great we had to do a second game on the spot!

Absolutely loved this place! We played 3 VR games here, and each one was unique, fun, interactive, and challenging in its own way. VR graphics are truly quite impressive. All games we played were meant to play as a team, so they are great for team building and are super fun to play. The VR Hour team made sure we had the best experience possible - everything was cleaned and sanitized before and after each game session, there was plenty of hand sanitizer too. They also made sure we had an absolute blast! I am definitely coming back here soon!

While visiting California early this year, I was looking at doing an escape room with a couple friends. I stumbled upon a Virtual Escape room and was immediately intrigued. Well, we were not disappointed! The three of us worked together in an ancient Egyptian tomb, faced a Tyrannosaurus Rex in a sunny canyon with bows and arrows in prehistoric times, solved a puzzle in a medieval dungeon of sorts, and to top it off we were on the surface of the moon working on Apollo 11 in 1969. I highly recommend. We will be back for the next round!

Awesome experience for our first time at a VR Arcade! They have lots of different games and difficulties to chose from. Great location, easy to find and lots of free parking. Had an absolute blast of a date night there and will definitely be back.

We had such a great time! What a cool place! We love Escape rooms, and this is such a level up! So realistic too. Best part - no motion sickness, and we were there for almost an hour. Same price as other places charge for 20 min but you get almost an hour. You see you friends in the Vr, talk to them, you need to solve the puzzles together like in a real escape room. Definitely recommend this place!

OMG! This was amazing! I can't believe it! I have been to a few VR places before, such as VOID and another place in Hollywood, but this one is a totally different level. It's unbelievable. Extremely detailed, so many cool effects, and, most importantly, you get to do so much! With other VR places I just went around and looked around but here you have a mission that you need to complete in limited time. You need to come with your friends to play this and you work as a team to solve puzzles, just like in escape room, but in VR. You get to do several environments in one session - we were on the Moon, in Egyptian pyramid, fought dinosaurs. You see and talk to each other, you exchange information in order to solve a puzzle. Wow. It's crazy where technology is going. Everyone has to try this!!! Oh, important - I had gotten motion sickness before with some other VR places, but here we spent 45 minutes and NO sickness at all!!!

Maria has been instrumental in working to provide a more positive experience. Her communication has been excellent and her willingness to give us another experience so that we can enjoy it is quite helpful. Due to scheduling, I haven't been back, but soon I will and hopefully will enjoy the experience as I am sure we will.

Unfortunately the experience my friends and I had last Saturday evening was far less than what we were looking forward to enjoying for my birthday. The person who was working was not clear in his explanations nor guidance with the experience. My goggles were faulty (I was seeing double the whole time and asked for assistance - he said he was working on it). It was never resolved. There was no real tutorial which would have helped since my group was beginners/novices. I am generally only a positive reviewer when I do, but this was very disappointing and I think the owners should be aware. Maybe he was having a rough day. I get it, however, equipment is vital to the proper experience as well as being able to understand and enjoy the time.

I have been here many times and tried a lot of their harder ones as well, and it’s been a wonderful experience. I had so much fun and contested a lot of the standing records, and the customer service was great!!
