One of our motorized Hunter-Douglas Duette blinds was no longer moving. I found Affordable Blind Solutions on the Hunter-Douglas Dealer Locator webpage. It was a Saturday and I wasn't really expecting anyone to answer the phone but Bridget answered. I described the problem and what I had done to try and fix it. She seemed to know exactly what was wrong, talking me through removing the blind from the window and looking up a model number on the back. Once she had the model number, Bridget ordered the new motor assembly. The following Wednesday I received a call letting me know the motor had arrived and an appointment was setup for that Friday. Paul came by that Friday and repaired the blind. Paul was very clean and personable. He completed the work quickly and I'm very satisfied with the result. Working with Paul and Bridget was very easy and I would highly recommend them. I will be definitely using them again for any blinds and/or repair I need in the future. This is a 5 star review because I can't give 10.
