Customer service was excellent. Cathy at the front desk was very polite and knowledgeable. She was this way with every customer that went to her counter. Joe, our estimator, was also very polite and knowledgeable. They also offer free coffee and water while you wait!

Had my Bolt repair done at their sister location in Irvine. The Walnut team did a great job coordinating and getting my car sent down to the other shop for repair after an accident. Specifically, Michelle and Marcos in Walnut were wonderful to work with. I had a few issues dealing with their Irvine location but Michelle and Marcos went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and things got done correctly. I really appreciate all your help and level of professionalism.

AMAZING! Fixed my car up quickly! It looks better than before the accident! My paint has blue sparkles that they matched perfectly and they even cleaned my car! I got a text every 2 days updating me on the car and before I knew it, it was done! Shari was so nice and knowledgeable about everything and really eased my nerves since this was my first accident.

Brian was amazing. He kept me informed the whole time my car was at Caliber. He even came in on a Saturday, his day off to help me pick up my car. He was courteous and polite. Made me feel like a VIP customer. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for damages to a vehicle. They are fast. My car looks brand new.
