I love Albertson. But when I visit busy time Even if you call for service for someone help, they don't come because there aren't many employees. This is why their business is the worst compared to nearby Walmarts and Targets. It's the closest to my house, but it's always hard to get to. The prices are ambiguous, and the lines are long when you go to pay after purchasing something. The step is also annoying when you buy something with the app. I like Albertsons, but I'm leaving a review because I feel bad. I think the people in charge need to improve the system a bit more. It's really disappointing.

0 stars if possible unfortunately 1 is lowest. Bought a whole lots of stuff and 2 containers of gums from clearance area by restroom area. Realized that charged the wrong price and over charged almost $4 more. Told her the price range out incorrectly at $5.98. She said no that price is right without looking at the sticker on gum. Show her the gum with sticker and she said that price is wrong on the actual sticker. Very rude lady, found out she is also manager based on her name tag: Venetia. If all the stickers price of the items in store are wrong, buyer beware because they are trying to steal your money or at least Venetia is. Liar, horrible customer service, rude manager can't admit she's wrong.

This place is less than a mile away from where I reside, I seldom visit this place as the vibe of this place is just weird. My wife bought a cupcake 2 days ago, as she was checking out to a counter, a white female cashier named ERICA and a Hispanic female bagger BOTH starts talking crap about cupcakes “ ew I just don’t like cupcake at all disgusting! “ so fort and so on! In front of my wife. And my wife was beyond shocked! I don’t know how tactless these humans are even if this even finish there elementary .. it’s a very poor taste of comments and the cognitive aspect of these 2 workers is beyond dull as illiterate, it’s a matter of time this place will go bankrupt .. as the Neighborhood around this area is mostly Asian, like Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Filipino, Thai, mid eastern Indians.. matter of time.

This past Saturday, 5/18, I needed to get platters of small sandwiches for a kids party last minute so I came to the local Albertsons. When I first asked about them at the deli counter I was told it couldn’t be done by one employee because they needed at least 48 hour notice, which is completely understandable. After asking if she knew of anywhere else I might be able to find a tray like this she didn’t know but said I’d probably run into the same problem. As I was walking out, kinda bummed, another employee caught me and asked how many people I needed to feed and they most likely had the time to get it done. I replied about 30. She grabbed the catering booklet so I could see the options, chose the easiest one (with the pretzel buns) and she assured me she could get it done and she did! About 30 minutes later the trays were complete and we were out the door! This employee’s name was Margaret Mary and she was AMAZING! She could see the bummed out look on my face and once she heard it was for a kids party, she was more than willing to help me out with this little problem I had. I really just wanted to give even more thanks to Margaret Mary with this review! She went above and beyond and I am so grateful. This act of kindness was truly appreciated. Thank you again Margaret Mary for saving the day!

I have fond memories of Albertsons. Growing up there was an Albertsons near my house but than it closed moved to diamond bar and was ecstatic to find there was an Albertsons nearby.

Shopping here brought back so many happy nostalgic memories especially the deli section. Love the hot items available like chicken wings and sushi. I love Americanized sushi.

Highly give this supermarket a try. It's in diamond bar so you know it can't be that bad.

I don't ever understand RUDE! Especially in a service industry...food. But, the sushi-lady nailed me just inside the door.
Usually I let it go but it was so over-the-top-uppity-rude I asked for The Manager. Norma offered "empty placation." I left with my few necissities...probably never to return...with the new wonderful Sprouts just down the street ?
Rude really NEVER WORKS...customer service...with a pleasant smile does.
