Lovely app. Def makes me to stick to the workout because they are short and perfect to my busy life. However would be nice if you could choose challenges easy or harder . I love doing it but as you set up your app from begining it choose is then on your level and I would love to have more harder ones.

8 really like the app. I noticed a change a week in. I was able to sit on the floor with my legs crossed. haven't sat like this a child. I feel my hips opening up more. I hated the mermaid exercise but now it's one of my faves.

The app is fine, works well for me. The only thing is that sometimes it doesn't go ob to the next exercise, I think it either has a bug or there is a connectivity issue. Otherwise I'm pretty satisfied with it.

I deleted the app ...stopped subscription and SOMEHOW they have been taking $32.99 a month EACH month since last April ...I just realize today 🤬

I don't give a 0 because I need to give 1 just to allow me to write. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now. Thy ask for a lot of things for cancelling. If you said I want to cancel the company just need to cancel. This is a Fraud. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Easy to follow exercises, with variety. Fasting tracker really helpful and shows what stage I am at. It has helped me in losing 2 stones in the last 4 months

This app has to be the worst. I was able to sign in once. And the other times it doesn’t recognize me. Customer service doesn’t even give me a reset for my password for 2 days. How am I suppose to use the app. It is such a good idea but this needs fixed or I will have to cancel. Needs easier login
