Ryan literally looked up my Fluidra warranty and took my polaris maxx, replaced parts right there in 5 minutes while on my lunch break.. what he did in 5 minutes COULDN'T be done in 2 visits at my Leslie's @ Corona. Not all Leslie's are run the same so experience will DEFINITELY vary.

Don't use this place if you need help. Came to get advice on products to buy for my remodeling on my pool and person acted as if I was bothering him. Go to Johnny's in covina there always ready to help. It's to bad what one person can do to a business.

I’ve never experienced such a helpful person than Kim. She explains in detail what I need to do. No push to sell me on a product. Her method should be used company wide. Other sales people just hand me the results and tell me that’s what I need to do.

Customer service is gone. Robert was the pulse of this location. When you enter and ask a question, it’s line your bothering the staff. You almost have to ask permission to ask a question. You should notice that the place is always practically empty. The only thing I do is buy chemicals, which I will probably do on line from now on because frankly, the people in this store are simply awful. If there was a zero for a rating, that’s what I would give.

These people are so rude , not to mention their probably the most expensive pool store in California,,,,,spoke with Bob who was just the rudest person ever,,,and very ill informed on product knowledge. I'll be spending my money elsewhere!!!!!!
