Went to the store at around 6pm and it was empty (as they closed at 7pm). Staff was very friendly and helpful and always came back to ask us if we needed anything. This store has an upstairs loft that houses shoes and two racks of shirts. DO NOT order online from this company. They send damaged funko pops out and do not know how to properly pack a box. First and last time ordering from them. They simply do not care and won’t do anything about it.

I was gonna order some anime figures online cause of the great price but after reading the reviews on here for online order, it looks like they don't care about customers service or proper packaging. Some people like me do take reviews seriously so Bait missed out on making money.

Bait is, especially for the hard to find. And not just kicks toys and clothes too. If you are like me and not into crowds on rodeo or Melrose you have to stop by. Talk to Nick he's the man.

We’ve been frequenting the Bait Diamond Bar location for a couple of years. We prefer coming here vs other stores that sell similar products - as they have a great selection of anime figurines and other specialty items. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They’re very knowledgeable too. Highly recommend this establishment.

Best shoe/lifestyle shop in the area. Go check out the custom art pieces, and grab some of that bait collaboration gear. The service here is excellent. the staff is very attentive, unlike some of the other BAIT stores i've been to. also, the selection of shoes are great--they had the air command force on sale for $120 a few weeks after it dropped.
