Great place to have a party and lots of space to rent out for guests. Had a baby shower and have a lot of chairs plus more space to do stuff like games and dancing and even have presentations. Room was really well kept and a lot tables to use. Parking was a little tight because the lot was really small but there is a lot of street parking available on the streets but can fill up very quickly so be mindful about where you park to see if a permit is necessary.

Never been there but are people out side of db HOA allowed in. Is like a public pool of some sort.

Been here twice for two very special events. What an amazing and accommodating multi-purpose space. Very fair on the pricing too. Plenty of space for medium to small events. The price.
