We hired the Ultimate Game Truck for an 8th birthday party yesterday. We would not hesitate to reserve this experience again. Jen was very communicative in reserving a spot and leading up to the day-of.

The truck showed up on time and Nyssa was a pro in parking and setting the truck up (in minutes!). The truck was clean, professional and looked brand new.

The best part of the experience was our host, Nyssa. She was AMAZING. Nyssa was well versed in all the games, helped the kids as needed and was kind and courteous. We didn't have to do anything, as she took care of all the kid's needs. She did not cut corners by leaving early, she was very upfront that the kids get every single minute we reserved. At one point, when I peeked in to see if the kids were behaving, she said "I got this, you go relax". She honestly helped make the party.

We ended up with a sunny day, but had it rained, this would have saved the party! The 8 year olds played outside until the truck came, spent time in the truck, took a break for cake and then some continued to play video games while others played ball. The truck is very flexible in that kids can come & go as they please.

Booked for my son's 7th birthday 🎂 they arrived early to set up. Everything went smooth. No bump or hiccups. I didn't see my kids the entire time the trailer was here. We rented it for 3 hours. The kids all the way to the adults enjoyed it. Both workers were very professional and friendly. I literally could have left and no one would have noticed...Lol but overall we had a great experience and recommend this idea to anyone that loves gaming!!

Our family was at a birthday party where Miguel showed up. What an AMAZING experience for my twin boys who are 7. Non stop excitement. Miguel went over the rules with the kids, gave them all hand sanitizer open the doors and it was game time! He had a helper with him I didn’t catch his name. He was so polite with all the crazy excited boys. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

I will never call this place again I booked them end of July for my sons birthday party when I called they stated August 9 was available all time slots. I was excited I paid to guaranteed and not worry, I get a phone call August 5th to be told that he can’t make it because trucks are down and there not enough I was the last one to book so they either have to cut me or change the time later to about 5-7 which the party was planned to end at 6 I was very upset about it big shout-out to rolling game truck in Tauton came through clutch long story short I let him know to send my money back by afternoon which they did because I was very upset I paid for a guaranteed spot to be scrambling last min. Never again with UMG
